​How Do I Place An Order?
Customers can only place orders through the MadelynRylie online shop on the home page.
Payment and Shipping
The Madelyn Rylie US Online store currently supports the following payment methods:

Orders ship Monday to Friday excluding US Federal holidays.
Standard Shipping | $6.95
Free on orders $75+.
Arrives in 3-4 business days.
Express Shipping | $16.95
Arrives in 1-2 business days
• Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may be delayed.
• Delivery to PO Boxes is not available (although can be used for billing addresses).
• We use USPS to ship orders, please refer to your shipment confirmation email on which carrier we use to ship your order.
• Deliveries to APO/FPO addresses are sent via USPS Priority. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days delivery
• Free Standard Shipping on orders $75 or more. Offer applies after applicable discounts and does not include taxes and fees.

Returns & Refunds
If you do not feel that your purchase from the MadelynRylie website has met your expectations return it within 20 days of the original purchase date. Items must be in new, unworn, and unused condition. Our products are all handmade and therefore we consider variations in product sizes up to .25" from descriptions to be considered normal and not considered defective.

Only regular-priced items, purchased on the MadelynRylie website may be returned. Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged. Claims for damaged or defective items must be reported within 15 days of receipt. MadelynRylie, M&R LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged jewelry after this time. If items are reported within the 14 day time period and are damaged or lost in shipping Madelyn Rylie will issue a product credit or replacement for the damaged items only, we do not issue refunds for damaged or lost items. All BOGO and SALE items are final sales and not eligible for returns or refunds. Returns will be charged a $6 payment for return shipping.

SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.
How do I withdraw my consent?
